MODERNIZA CHECK
SAE SYSTEMS UPDATE

OBJECTIVE

Updating SAE systems for companies that already have these technologies but are not maximizing the benefits of their use. Likewise, the aim is to promote the exploitation of these systems to take advantage of the data, facilitating its dissemination through mobility platforms and specifically in the Multimodal Transport NAP.

Implementation of the necessary systems to allow the data file or files to be automatically generated and kept updated for publication in the Multimodal Transport NAP, regulated by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1926, of May 31, 2017. .

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE

  • Update and fine-tuning of the companies' SAE system so that it allows the automatic generation and maintenance of the data file or files for publication in the Multimodal Transport NAP, through the necessary consulting services. This consulting service must make it possible to have a person available to resolve doubts or incidents for a minimum of three months.
  • Training that includes the generation, updating and management of data, and its submission to the Multimodal Transport NAP. This training must also include the maintenance of the SAE system and the use of the tool to reduce costs and optimize operations.
  • Management registration in the NAP of Multimodal Transport of the corresponding data file or files generated for this purpose, making the communication, through the portal "https://nap.mitma.es/" or the email address "nap@mitma.es" , of the URL address where the automatically updated file is located and the Multimodal Transport NAP system can access it.
