OBJETIVE
Accelerate, within the framework of the provisions of article 2.67 of Royal Decree 70/2019, of February 15, which modifies the Regulation of the Land Transport Management Law and other regulatory standards regarding the training of drivers of road transport vehicles, control documents in relation to road transport, medical road transport, transport of dangerous goods and the National Road Transport Committee, which modifies article 89 of the ROTT, and by the Resolutions of July 24, 2020 and July 28, 2022 of the General Directorate of Land Transportation, the implementation of the computer applications of the concessionaire companies (contractors of public services for regular passenger transportation for general use) so that its users formulate by electronic means the complaints they deem relevant, as well as the connection of these applications with the web service offered by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda so that the concessionaire companies send the data of the aforementioned complaints to the Ministry.
