MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRONIC CONTROL DOCUMENTS

OBJETIVES

Dissemination and training of:

In the case of the transport of goods: the generation of eCMR (control document corresponding to the international transport of goods; regulated by the Additional Protocol to the Convention relating to the contract for the international transport of goods by road (CMR) , relating to the electronic consignment note), as well as the administrative control document in electronic format (corresponding to the national transport of goods; regulated by Order FOM/2861/2012, of December 13, which regulates the document of administrative control required for the performance of public transport of goods by road, article 222.2 of Royal Decree 1211/1990, of September 28, which approves the Regulation of the Land Transport Management Law, hereinafter ROTT , and the Resolution of February 13, 2020, of the General Directorate of Land Transport, by which it established the characteristics that the administrative control documents in electronic format required in road transport must meet).

In the case of passenger transport: the generation of the route sheet in electronic format (control document corresponding to passenger transport, regulated by Order FOM/1230/2013, of May 31, which establishes control standards in relation to public passenger transport by road, the aforementioned article 222.2 of the ROTT and Resolution of February 13, 2020, of the General Directorate of Land Transport).
