IMPLEMENTATION OF SAE SYSTEMS

OBJETIVE

Implementation of SAE systems (Operation Assistance System). Passenger transport vehicle management system based on the location and knowledge of data related to the vehicle fleet and communication with it in real time. Through these systems, the service and quality offered to travelers can be monitored, and they can be kept updated on information related to the service and incidents. Among the functionalities offered by this system are: Real-time fleet monitoring, information on routes, stops and occupancy, improvement in route planning, sending messages and voice communication in real time, etc.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE

  • Installing an SAE system including hardware and software necessary and that has the following elements:
    • Geolocation of vehicles using GNSS and vehicle positioning visualization tools (GIS, etc.).
    • Driver management (notices, corrections).
    • Message console.
    • Reports on consumption indicators, driving style, maintenance and inspections, etc.
    • Vehicle control and maintenance (telemetry sensors).
    • Data management from the second generation intelligent tachograph.
    • Automation of the generation and maintenance of the data file or files for publication in the NAP (National Access Point) of Multimodal Transport, regulated by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1926, of May 31, 2017. , which complements Directive 2010/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the provision of multimodal travel information services throughout the Union.
  • Training on the use of the systems. The courses will include practical sessions on using the system. Likewise, training will be included in the management of the data generated and its publication in the Multimodal Transport NAP.
  • Management registration in the NAP of Multimodal Transport of the corresponding data file or files generated for this purpose, making the communication, through the portal "https://nap.mitma.es/" or the email address "nap@mitma.es" , of the URL address where the automatically updated file is located and the Multimodal Transport NAP system can access it.
