Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy statement of UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. explains what data we collect, how we process it, for what purposes we do so and what privacy rights you can invoke.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, its deletion is not requested by the interested party and for a maximum of the time required by legal provisions, where applicable.

This privacy policy applies to our website www.meribia.net (the Website), to our applications Meribia Mobile v2, Meribia Mobile Transporte, Meribia Mobile Dashboard, Meribia Mobile Warehouse, Meribia Mobile Control Tower, Meribia Mobile Control Panel, the rest of the software applications of UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L., as well as the services we provide.

UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. collects data from you, through our interactions with you and our software products. You provide some of this data directly, and we obtain other data by collecting data about your interactions, usage, and experiences with our software products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. and the choices you make, including those regarding your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We may sometimes obtain data about you from third parties or we may also collect it ourselves when you use our services. Finally, we may also receive data from you if you occasionally authorize us to obtain it from your suppliers.

ACCOUNT DETAILS

You will need to have a UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. account. to access software applications and services. Your account allows you to log in to products, websites and services provided by UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. You can create a UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. account. with employee assistance or by registering online if this possibility is available. We use some information from your account so that you can log in to software applications and we can personalize our services. For this purpose we require:

  • Username
  • Access password

LOCATION DATA

In order to provide the services properly, it is necessary for us to track the location of your device while you use the UNICOM SOFTWARE S.L. software applications. If you want to stop device location tracking, you can do so at any time in the initial window of the application using the “End Tracking” button.

ACTIVITY DATA

We process your activity data in order to provide you with our services:

  • We can record your activities and analyze your actions, in order to provide you with relevant feedback.
  • Visualize your activity by creating geopositioning maps.
  • To access photos and location through device-based settings, after you have enabled the settings.

CONSENT

We request your consent to process your data for certain purposes and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We request your consent:

  • To collect and process data from Trackers you connect to your Relive account, including possible health information such as your heart rate.
  • To access photos, location, and contact information through device-based settings, after you have enabled the settings

If we process data you provide to us subject to your consent, your consent is limited to the specific content of that consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time through our settings.

DATA STORAGE

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services. We delete your personal data after we no longer need it:

  • We will retain your payment data for a period that our financial and tax obligations indicate in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time.

SECTION 3 - MISCELLANEOUS

Automated decisions

At UNICOM SOFTWARE SL no decisions are made automatically.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the application of pre-contractual measures (with a view to the formalization of a contract) or the execution of the corresponding contract.
The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent requested, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditioning the execution of the contract.
