AID TO PASSENGER TRANSPORT SERVICES

OBJETIVE

Improvement of public information for passenger transport services. Projects can range from installing and promoting fleet management systems that allow the elimination of setbacks in relation to the maintenance of company buses, to the improvement of web pages or the creation of mobility applications for a more effective dissemination of transportation. collective.

Also included, optionally, is the implementation of passenger counting systems in collective passenger transport systems. These systems are intended to know the demand of passengers, to manage the operation based on reliable data and, as a key aspect in the health and comfort of the trip, to be able to inform the traveler of the degree of influx of people. in vehicles.

Likewise, the improvement of the SIRDE system may be included both in hardware (tablet or telephone or other QR code reading devices such as laser readers) and in software (developments to provide data to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda using API). in the SAE.

WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES

  • Licenses software or web subscription for two years, including those necessary for the use of the counting devices.
  • Installing sensors in vehicles.
  • Installing the hardware for counting (e.g. loops) or estimating (e.g. video analysis cameras) passengers.
  • Integration/ communication with other internal systems such as the SAE, the Control Center, etc.
  • Improved the dissemination of information on services, routes and stops through digital tools, and the development of own digital tools for this purpose, which includes the generation and maintenance of the data file or files for publication in the NAP of Multimodal Transport, in accordance with Delegated Regulation (EU) 1926/2017, through consulting services.
  • Training for the use of the hardware and software tools implemented, as well as the updating of the data generated for sending to the Multimodal Transport NAP. Likewise, they must be trained in the use of tools to reduce costs and optimize operations.
  • Management registration in the NAP of Multimodal Transport of the corresponding data file or files generated for this purpose, making the communication, through the portal "https://nap.mitma.es/" or the email address "nap@mitma.es" , of the URL address where the duly updated file is located and the Multimodal Transport NAP system can access it.
